Author's Pov
After leaving Aishani in the drawing room, Revansh didn't bother looking back. His long strides carried him to his room as though she didn't even exist.
Aishani sat stiffly on the sofa, her mind replaying his every word.
𝘜𝘧𝘧, 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘮𝘢𝘯! 𝘈𝘭𝘸𝘢𝘺𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘳𝘺, 𝘢𝘭𝘸𝘢𝘺𝘴 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘸𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨. 𝘋𝘰𝘦𝘴 𝘩𝘦 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘯 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘮𝘪𝘭𝘦? 𝘖𝘯𝘦 𝘴𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘥 𝘩𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘴𝘤𝘰𝘭𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘯𝘦𝘹𝘵 𝘩𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘴𝘮𝘪𝘳𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘩𝘦 𝘰𝘸𝘯𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘥𝘢𝘮𝘯 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘭𝘥.
She puffed her cheeks and sighed, when suddenly
"Hmm hmm... I've seen everything!"
She turned to find a girl of her age grinning at her, eyes twinkling with curiosity and mischief.
"I'm Isha Revansh bhai's sister. Now come on, tell me what's going on? Do you two know each other? My brother is always angry and serious, but you..." She tilted her head dramatically. "You seem so sweet."
Aishani gave a small smile. "You're sweet too."
Isha giggled. "I already like you. Finally, someone brave enough to not run away from his temper!"
Before Aishani could answer, Revansh's mother appeared, gently tapping Esha's arm. "Isha, let her freshen up first, then you can gossip as much you like.
Aishani have her a grateful smile and excused herself and tried to find the guest room. Straight, then right... left door... she repeated Isha's instructions. She reached an unlocked door and entered, thinking it was hers.
The room looked different, larger, with books neatly arranged and a faint masculine aura. But what shocked her most was the wall-filled with framed photos and certificates of Revansh. His achievements, his portraits, everything screamed perfection and discipline.
𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘰𝘯 𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘩... 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘥 𝘰𝘧 𝘴𝘩𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘦?!
Aishani's jaw dropped. Wow... he really loves himself, doesn't he?
Before she could process further, the bathroom door opened.
Revansh walked out, a towel loosely wrapped around his waist, droplets of water trailing down his jaw, his torso glistening under the soft light. His hair was damp, sticking to his forehead, and every line of his muscles screamed perfection.
Aishani's eyes widened. Her brain screamed look away! but her body refused to listen. She stood frozen, staring shamelessly.
Revansh stopped in his tracks, equally shocked to see her inside. His eyes narrowed instantly, his tone cold and sharp.
"Now what is this? Following me wasn't enough? You've entered my room too?"
Still frozen, Aishani didn't answer. He stepped closer, snapping his fingers in front of her face with a scowl.
"Excuse me, back to Earth Miss Stalker". His tone was mocking but his gaze was sharp.
She blinked rapidly, flustered. "Wh-what?"
His voice hardened. "What are you doing in my room?"
"I-I thought this was the guest room... I didn't know- I'm sorry!" she stammered, her voice trembling, eyes darting everywhere except him.
Revansh's lips curved in a bitter smirk. "Oh really? Or are you making excuses because you've started liking me?" He leaned in slightly, his eyes burning into hers.
"𝘒𝘺𝘢 𝘮𝘦𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘶𝘮𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘢𝘴𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘢𝘢 𝘨𝘢𝘺𝘢 𝘩𝘶, 𝘔𝘪𝘴𝘴 𝘚𝘵𝘢𝘭𝘬𝘦𝘳?"
Her face burned red, but she quickly shot back and masked it with a dramatic scoff.
"𝘗𝘢𝘴𝘢𝘯𝘥? 𝘠𝘰𝘶? 𝘏𝘢!
𝘠𝘰𝘶'𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘰𝘰 𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧-𝘰𝘣𝘴𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘥!
𝘉𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘢𝘳 𝘫𝘢𝘪𝘴𝘦 𝘥𝘪𝘬𝘩𝘵𝘦 𝘩𝘰!"
(You look like a monkey!).
His eyes darkened instantly, his jaw tightening in fury. "How dare you talk to me like that?" His tone was ice-cold, each word like a blade.
Aishani gulped. Oh no... he's really angry. But instead of apologizing, her mischievous side kicked in.
Aishani crossed her arms, her lips curving into a mischievous smile.
"Calm down, Dr. Stalker," she teased, her tone dripping with fake seriousness.
Revansh froze mid-step, his eyes narrowing.
"Dr. Stalker? Seriously??"
She leaned closer, lowering her voice dramatically. "Well... first the hospital, then on the road, then suddenly in the same house... If that's not stalking, then what it is?"
Revansh already shocked , visibly trying to control his temper. "Unbelievable. You are unbelievable."
Aishani giggled, twirling away. "And you're still Dr. Stalker to me"
Before he could explode further, she dashed out of the room, her giggles echoing through the hall.
Revansh clenched his fists, his face stormy. "Unbelievable. This girl... absolutely insufferable." He shook his head in frustration, his temper boiling. If she thinks she can play games with me, she's mistaken. She'll regret it.
The moment Aishani stepped out of Revansh's room, cheeks still flushed from the awkward encounter, she found herself face-to-face with Esha.
Isha folded her arms dramatically, leaning against the doorway with a mischievous grin, eyes twinkling.
"Ahaaa! So this is why you took so long to find the guest room! What were you doing in Bhai's room, hmm?"
Aishani's eyes widened. "N-no! I thought it was the guest room!"
Isha smirked. "Oh please, no one accidentally ends up in Bhai's cave."
Aishani blinked nervously.
Isha raised a brow dramatically.
"You know, Bhai never allows any unknown girl in his room. He's basically a walking '𝑵𝒐 𝑬𝒏𝒕𝒓𝒚' board when it comes to girls.
And yet, you-" she pointed at Aishani with a smirk, "accidentally ended up in his room. Wahhh, ki darun twist!"
(Woah, what a twist!)
Aishani's face flushed. "I told you, it was a mistake!"
Isha chuckled, folding her arms.
"Mistake or 𝙛𝙖𝙩𝙚 who knows? But one thing's for sure you're the first girl who's ever crossed Bhai's door without getting murdered by his glare."
Before Isha could tease more, the door swung open.
Revansh stepped out, his expression sharp as ever. His eyes narrowed at his sister.
"Stop telling nonsense about me, Isha, and do your damn work," he said coldly, his tone like ice.
Isha's smile vanished. "B-Bhaiya"
"Now," he cut her off, tone clipped and final.
Isha pouted, whispering under her breath, "Always this serious..."
Aishani bit her lip to keep from laughing, her eyes meeting Revansh's for just a second before she quickly looked away.
His eyes narrowed, jaw tight, yet something in her defiance caught his attention Aishani's nervousness.
Isha immediately zipped her lips, shrinking a little. She grabbed Aishani's wrist and pulled her down the hall before Bhai's anger could land on her too.
Once out of earshot, she exhaled dramatically, then leaned in and giggled.
"See what I mean? He's impossible. Scares the life out of everyone. And still somehow you managed to walk right into his room and survive."
Aishani sighed, whispering, "I really didn't mean to... it was just an accident."
Isha chuckled, her eyes sparkling with mischief. "Either way, you've done the impossible."
They both laughed softly, shaking their heads. Aishani finally excused herself, heading to the guest room where see freshened up and tried to calm her racing thoughs.
